Haris is an Economist at Compass Lexecon, based in London.

Haris specialises in advising clients on antitrust investigations and merger control. He is experienced in the application of economic analysis across several industries, including financial institutions, banking, auctions, digital platforms, technology, transportation, logistics, retail, energy and telecommunications.

Haris has been involved in competition cases before the European Commission, Hellenic Competition Commission, Cypriot Commission for the Protection of Competition, as well as other national authorities and courts.

Prior to joining Compass Lexecon, Haris worked in the banking and finance sector for a leading institution in the United Kingdom, where he built expertise in research, product pricing and competition strategy. His role spanned both corporate and retail arms, covering internal and external projects.

Haris holds an MSc in Economics (Distinction) from Queen Mary University of London and a BSc in Economics (First Class Honours) from the University of Manchester. He is fluent in English and Greek.
