With over 10 years of experience, she provides expert economic advice in competition law, representing clients before the European Commission, courts, and competition authorities in Germany and other jurisdictions. Recognised by Lexology as a leading competition economist, Linda has worked on high-profile cartel cases across diverse sectors, including consumer goods, transportation, financial markets, and more.
Her expertise also spans merger assessments in industries such as telecommunications, construction, and fast-moving consumer goods, handling both Phase I and II investigations. Passionate about abuse of dominance cases since her doctoral research, she advises on predatory pricing, rebates, excessive charges, and refusal to supply across various industries.
Linda has contributed to OECD discussions and strategic government advice, published extensively, and regularly speaks at international conferences. She holds a doctorate from LMU Munich and previously worked in economic consulting in Berlin and Munich.
