Expert Economist Thilo Klein co-chairs the Global Competition Review 2019 Düsseldorf conference on Tuesday 19 November.

Urs Haegler joins a panel to discuss the recent case law surrounding vertical restraints, including what the prominent cases surrounding Amazon have taught us in relation to the dual role of platforms on- and offline. The panelists will also examine the status of new block exemption rules and highlight potential effects on businesses and the economy.

Andreas Mundt, President of the German Federal Cartel Office joins as keynote speaker.
