Sam Dages is an Economist and the Director of Applied Research at Compass Lexecon. He specializes in research and data integrations and performing empirical analyses at scale. He has experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, market microstructure, securities litigation, cryptocurrency, derivatives, and corporate and structured finance. He previously served as an Analyst and Senior Analyst and the Director of Technical Research at Compass Lexecon. He holds a B.A. in Economics with a quantitative emphasis (summa cum laude) and a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Colorado Boulder.
