Zhaoning (Nancy) Wang is a Vice President with Compass Lexecon based in Boston.
Dr. Wang has many years of experience applying advanced knowledge to complex economic and financial issues. Her case expertise spans multiple practice areas, including antitrust matters, intellectual property, structured finance, healthcare litigation, commercial disputes, and regulatory investigations. In addition, Dr. Wang has conducted research and written extensively on issues related to corporate finance and development economics. Several papers with original results have been published in major peer-reviewed journals. Meanwhile, she has presented her work in a number of national conferences and research seminars.
Dr. Wang holds a PhD in Economics from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree (with Highest Honors) in Economics and Mathematics from Williams College.
