Kadambari Prasad is a Vice President at Compass Lexecon, based in London. She has over ten years of experience in abuse of dominance cases, cartel investigations, merger control, and arbitration and litigation cases. She has expertise in leading abuse of dominance investigations, for example the European Commission’s Article 102 investigations of Qualcomm (exclusivity payments and predation) and Ofcom’s investigation of Royal Mail and the subsequent appeal at the CAT. She also has particular expertise in digital markets, having worked on several recent cases relating to platform access fees for app stores, MFN clauses in aggregator platforms, and data access provisions.

Kadambari also has significant expertise in the valuation of intellectual property, in particular the valuation of standard essential patents under terms that are fair, reasonable and non-discriminatory.

Prior to joining Compass Lexecon, she worked at another economic consultancy and taught at the University of Oxford. She holds a DPhil and an MPhil in economics from Nuffield College, Oxford and a BSc in economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
