Jin Yang is a Senior Economist with Compass Lexecon based in Chicago. He specializes in antitrust & competition, mergers & acquisition litigation, auctions, and damages.
Dr. Yang holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Northwestern University. His research focuses on empirical industrial organization. His dissertation studies the US rail freight industry, and his other works examine online auctions and US hospital mergers. Before graduate school, he obtained a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Mathematics from University of California San Diego.
