Dr. Jasper Haller is a Vice President with Compass Lexecon based in Berlin and London.
Jasper works on a wide range of cases involving cartels and merger regulation, with a special focus on German-speaking countries.
Jasper is currently working on the estimation of cartel damages following the heavy truck manufacturers infringement fined by the European Commission, for which litigation proceedings are taking place in various European countries. He was also part of the team that supported one of the ethylene purchasers in the context of the European Commission’s cartel investigation.
Jasper holds a Ph.D. in Economics and a M.Sc. in Economic Research from the University of Mannheim. He also holds a B.A. in Political Economy from Williams College.
