Ezequiel Cachiquis is an Economist with Compass Lexecon based in Washington, DC.

Mr. cachiquis specializes in the estimation of economic and financial damages related to investment and commercial arbitration proceedings held under ICSID, ICC and LCIA rules. He has worked on cases involving the infrastructure, mining, construction and political risk insurance industries across Latin America (i.e. Colombia, Venezuela, Brazil and Ecuador).

His body of work involves in-depth financial and regulatory analysis regarding the assets under dispute as well as the development of customized valuation models that help support damages claimed. In addition, he has direct input in the drafting of expert reports, production of direct presentations, preparation of expert witnesses for hearings, and direct support to counsel and client.

Mr. Cachiquis holds a Master’s degree in Finance and a BA in Business Economics, both obtained from Torcuato di Tella University in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
