Daniel George is a Senior Economist in with Compass Lexecon based in Madrid.

Daniel’s work focuses on the application of economic and regulatory analysis to energy markets. He has worked extensively on matters relating to regulatory policy, competition policy, damage valuations and litigation matters.

Daniel has worked in variety of cases to include arbitrations related to renewable energy sources, natural gas supply contracts, natural gas price reviews, energy market investigations, and other energy regulation issues. He has also helped experts providing written and oral expert testimony before courts and arbitration tribunals.

Daniel holds an MSc in Industrial Economics from Universidad Carlos III Madrid, with specialization in Energy Markets and a BA in International Politics and Economics (Cum Laude) Wagner College, New York City.
