Cecilia Nardini is a Vice President at Compass Lexecon, based in London.

She has extensive experience in competition economics, having worked at a leading consulting firm and at the UK regulator of communications since 2010.

Cecilia has extensive experience in competition economics, having worked in economic consulting for several years after joining from the UK Communications Regulator.

Cecilia has been involved in a large number of high-profile cases before European and non-European competition authorities and courts. She has particular expertise in merger analysis (e.g. Liberty Global plc/Telefónica S.A., FCA/PSA, Vodafone Hutchison Australia/TPG, T-Mobile NL/Tele2 NL, Bayer/Monsanto, Diebold/Wincor Nixdorf) and abuse of dominance matters (particularly margin squeeze and rebates cases). She has been involved in several cases in telecommunications and broadcasting, but she has also advised clients from different industries including semiconductors, life sciences, agrochemical, manufacturing, payment systems, energy, pharmaceuticals, packaging materials and retail.

Cecilia holds a MSc in Economics and Social Sciences from Bocconi University, where she specialised in microeconomics and industrial organisation, and a MSc in Competition and Market Regulation from the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics.
