Antoine Golovtchenko

Antoine is an Economist at Compass Lexecon, based in Paris

His work focuses on applying economic analysis and econometric techniques to competition policy cases. Since joining in 2022, Antoine has been involved in several antitrust, merger and damage assessment cases, in France and elsewhere.

Antoine has advised clients on a variety of merger cases before European and national competition authorities, including high-profile French, European and global mergers in recent years, including Orange/VOO & Brutélé, SES/Intelsat and several cases in the transportation sector.

Antoine has also provided economic advice on a variety of Article 101 TFEU and follow-on litigation cases in Europe, in the energy and financial sectors. He is also part of the team advising one of the heavy truck manufacturers on follow-on litigation in France.

Antoine has expertise in a variety of other sectors, including retail, heavy industry, and media.
