We have worked for competition authorities throughout the region, including the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China (“MOFCOM”), the Hong Kong Competition Commission (“HKCC”), and the Competition & Consumer Commission of Singapore (“CCCS”). We also have significant case experience with clients investigated by authorities in Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Korea, New Zealand, and Taiwan.
Our team of economists and finance specialists based in Buenos Aires, Argentina supports clients throughout Latin America in international arbitration and domestic disputes, competition, and regulatory work. Our experts bring varied experience, from holding government-appointed posts and active roles in the development of regulatory frameworks, as well as advising government and utility clients.
