Valerio Serse is an Economist at Compass Lexecon, based in Brussels. Valerio’s work focuses on the application of economic analysis and econometric techniques to competition policy cases.
Before joining Compass Lexecon, he conducted his doctoral research in the field of applied microeconomics. During his research, he collaborated with a large supermarket chain and with the Commission for Electricity and Gas in Belgium.
Valerio holds an M.A. and a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Louvain. Previously, he obtained a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Rome. He speaks Italian, English, and French.
