Todd Kendall is an Executive Vice President with Compass Lexecon based in Chicago. His areas of expertise include corporate governance, calculation of commercial damages, public policy, and industrial organization. He has consulted and directed a variety of economic studies of corporate Board conduct, government regulation, financial markets, public finance, and intellectual property issues. He has testified before the Copyright Royalty Board and submitted expert reports in Federal court and to agencies in the U.S. and China. Prior to joining Compass Lexecon, he was Assistant Professor of Economics at Clemson University in South Carolina. He has published a variety of articles in academic journals including Journal of Law and Economics, Journal of Urban Economics, Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization, Public Choice, BE Journal of Economic Analysis & Policy, Journal of Cultural Economics, Competition Laws & Policy Debate, and Managerial and Decision Economics. Kendall has a Ph.D. and M.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago.
