Todd Bettisworth is a Senior Vice President at Compass Lexecon. Todd has extensive experience applying industrial organization principles through economic analyses to assess liability claims (and estimate damages) in antitrust litigation matters involving exclusive dealing, pharmaceutical generic delay, bundled pricing, and price-fixing. He has also worked extensively in analyzing the competitive effects of mergers both on behalf of government agencies and the merging parties. He has experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, technology, agrochemical, and telecommunication sectors.
Todd obtained his BA in Economics and BA in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego.
