Scott Holbrook is a Vice President at Compass Lexecon, based in Madrid.
Scott’s work focuses on applying economic analysis and econometric techniques to competition policy cases. He has worked in merger cases and antitrust investigations before the European Commission, the UK Competition and Markets Authority, and various other competition authorities, and his experience covers a range of industries including fast-moving consumer goods, financial products, mobile telecommunications, and consumer retailers.
Most recently, Scott contributed to the economic advice and competitive assessments in relation to the merger proceedings of E.ON/Innogy, T-Mobile NL/Tele2 NL, Coca-Cola/AdeS, NKT/ABB, Siemens/Gamesa, Ball/Rexam, Greene King/Spirit Pub Company and DEMB/Mondelez.
He received his M.A. in Economics from the University of Toronto and his B.A. (Honours) in Economics and Mathematics from Queen’s University. During his studies, he specialized in econometrics and industrial organization.
