Otto has extensive experience developing technological solutions to meet client needs. He excels at working with complex/big data, implementing GIS techniques for geospatial analysis/mapping, and creating high impact visualizations.
He holds an MBA with High Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an A.B in Economics from the University of Chicago. Prior to joining Compass Lexecon, he worked in the Supervision & Regulation department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.
