Max Dreher is an Economist at Compass Lexecon, based in Madrid.

Max’s work focuses on the application of economic analysis and econometric techniques to competition policy cases, including merger and antitrust cases, damages proceedings, and international arbitration. His experience covers a range of industries including manufacturing, travel, banking, and retail.

Max has been involved in several competition cases before the European Commission and the CMA, as well as other national competition authorities including in Germany and Spain.

Max holds an M.Sc in Economics from the University of Mannheim, where he specialised in Competition and Regulation Economics, and a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Freiburg.
