Marta is an Senior Economist at Compass Lexecon, based in London.
Marta has been involved in several high-profile cases relating to mergers, abuses of dominance, cartels and damage estimations before the European Commission, the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), other national competition authorities, and non-European competition authorities and courts.
In particular, she worked in a wide range of sectors, including energy, petrol, retail, electronics, agriculture, agrochemical, and transport.
Marta holds a joint M.Sc. in Economics and Social Sciences jointly from Bocconi University (Italy) and from the Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium), where she specialized in the fields of industrial organization, competition policy and microeconomics theory.
