Marcin Pruski is a Vice President at Compass Lexecon, based in London. He has over 13 years of economic, regulatory and valuation consulting experience in the context of international arbitration and litigations.
He participated in over 35 arbitration and litigation matters under ICSID, ICC, SCC, PCA, UNCITRAL rules and in the UK Competition Appeals Tribunal.
Mr Pruski’s expertise spans a wide array of industries, including oil and gas, electricity generation (conventional and renewable), electricity transmission and distribution, financial services, healthcare, highway toll concessions, manufacturing and airport services.
He has been involved in cases related to assets in Argentina, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Finland, France, Germany, Ghana, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Mexico, Nigeria, Peru, Poland, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago, and Ukraine.
Mr Pruski has also provided consultancy services in areas such as valuation advisory, and State Aid investigations.
