Mai Nguyen

Dr Mai Nguyen is an Economist at Compass Lexecon, based in Brussels. Mai’s work focuses on the application of economic analysis and econometric techniques to competition policy cases. Recently, she contributed to the economic analyses related to the damage quantifications for a heavy truck manufacturer in the context of litigation proceedings in EU Courts.
Prior to joining Compass Lexecon, Mai worked as an external consultant for the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and conducted doctoral studies at KU Leuven.

Mai holds a PhD from KU Leuven. Previously, she obtained a Master’s in Economics from Paris School of Economics and a Bachelor’s in Economics from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
