Jennifer Milliron is an Executive Vice President with Compass Lexecon based in Chicago. She specializes in litigation and consulting matters involving financial analysis of merger and acquisitions, bankruptcy and solvency disputes, corporate governance, accounting irregularities, forensic accounting, securities fraud, appraisal and firm valuation and has testified on damages issues. She has managed cases involving accounting irregularities, merger and acquisitions disputes and appraisals involving a wide range of industries including healthcare, high tech, energy, telecommunications, REITs, financial services, manufacturing and retail. She is a CPA and holds PhD and MBA degrees, both from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with concentrations in Accounting and Finance, respectively. Before joining Compass Lexecon, she was a Vice President at Chicago Partners LLC. Previously she taught financial accounting at Washington University and was an auditor for KPMG Peat Marwick LLP.
