Hamid Aghadadashli is an Economist with Compass Lexecon, based in Berlin.

Hamid has worked on several high-profile competition cases in front of the European Commission and national competition authorities. His work covers a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, consumer goods, and manufacturing.

Before joining Compass Lexecon, Hamid was an economist at an economic consulting firm in Berlin. He also worked as a postdoctoral researcher at ECARES at the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), where he carried out research on industrial organization and experimental economics.

Hamid holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Düsseldorf Institute for Competition Economics (DICE) and M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Bonn. His research has been published in the Economics Letters and the Journal of Institutional and Theoretical Economics.
