Chiara is an Economist at Compass Lexecon, based in Milan.
Chiara specializes in the application of economic analysis to competition cases, with a focus on damages estimation and the assessment of the competitive effects of mergers and anticompetitive practices.
Chiara has been involved in several global, European, and Italian merger investigations, as well as follow-on damages proceedings before the Courts of Milan, Rome and Naples. Her experience spans a wide range of sectors, including information services, life sciences, transport, oil and gas, financial products, and industrial packaging.
Before joining Compass Lexecon, Chiara worked at the Competitiveness Research Network (CompNet) and interned at the European Central Bank (DG Economics).
Chiara holds a B.Sc. in International Politics and an M.Sc. in Economics, both awarded with distinction by Bocconi University, where she focused on competition policy and industrial organization.
