Bradley Reiff is an Executive Vice President with Compass Lexecon based in Chicago. His areas of expertise include industrial organization, labor economics, applied econometrics, and computation of damages. He has provided expert testimony and analysis on class certification, liability or damages in antitrust, patent, copyright infringement, breach of contract, government takings and wrongful termination cases. In addition, he has made presentations before the Federal Trade Commission, the Department of Justice and the European Commission regarding mergers. Dr. Reiff has performed econometric studies as part of his work on mergers and litigation in many industries, including computer hardware and software, railroads, air cargo, chemicals, tobacco, alcoholic beverages, pharmaceuticals, other health care products, and various consumer products.
