Ariel Seidenfeld

Ariel Seidenfeld is a Senior Economist with Compass Lexecon based in Miami. He has worked with Compass Lexecon for over five years, primarily involved in the valuation of businesses and assets, and economic, financial and regulatory analysis in the context of commercial and investment arbitrations.

Ariel has been involved in arbitration cases under ICSID, UNCITRAL, and IACP rules and has participated in seven hearings. He has worked in cases in various industries, including energy generation, oil & gas, toll concessions, and construction in connection with arbitration proceedings in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Germany, Panama, Peru, and Zambia. These matters involved economic and financial analysis, contract interpretation, the development of complex and customized valuation models, the drafting of expert testimony, the preparation of expert witnesses for hearings, and direct support to counsel and client throughout arbitration proceedings.
Ariel holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Tecnológica de Buenos Aires. Prior to joining Compass Lexecon, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in KBR Finance.
