Aric is an Economist at Compass Lexecon, based in London.

Aric’s work focuses on the application of economic analysis and econometric techniques to competition policy cases, including in mergers, antitrust and litigation cases. He has worked in a range of industries including digital platforms, energy, retail, technology, and transportation.

Aric has been involved in several merger cases before the European Commission, UK CMA and other national authorities, such as Farfetch / YOOX Net-A-Porter and an ongoing merger between sports good retailers. He has also been involved in economic and econometric analyses in relation to antitrust investigations before the European Commission on the use of data and algorithms. Aric is currently involved in a litigation case for a claimant in the technology sector in relation to an anticompetitive conduct dispute.

Aric holds an MPhil in Economics from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Economics from the University of Bath.
