Andrew M. Rosenfield

Co-Founder

Andrew Rosenfield, Co-Founder of Lexecon, is an economist and a lawyer. He is a Managing Partner with Guggenheim Partners and Founder and Chairman of UNext, a developer of innovative online education founded in 1998. Rosenfield also teaches at The Law School at the University of Chicago, a position he has held for nearly 20 years.  He has taught, written and testified in the area of antitrust and related subjects. He has also routinely appeared before regulatory bodies investigating mergers and business disputes.  He earned his bachelor’s at Kenyon College, his MCRP at Harvard University and his JD at the University of Chicago Law School.
