Ana Ibague

Ana Ibague is an Economist with Compass Lexecon based in Houston. Ana is a member of the International Arbitration Practice and her work focuses on asset valuation, regulatory analysis, and assessment of economic damages in the context of commercial and investment disputes under venues such as ICSID, ICC, and ICDR.

Ana has worked extensively on cases involving the energy sector (oil and gas and electricity) in Latin America, including traditional and renewable energy sources and natural gas contracts, as well as matters related to real estate and transportation in the EMEA region. In her different roles, Ana has helped quantum experts provide written and oral expert testimony before courts and arbitration tribunals, assisted in drafting expert testimony, and developed complex and customized valuation models.

Ana holds an MA in Applied Economics (Summa Cum Laude) and a BA in Economics and Political Science (Summa Cum Laude) both from the University of Houston, Texas, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
