Agata Lewicka is a Vice President at Compass Lexecon, based in London.

Agata has worked as a competition economist since 2009, both in consulting and at the UK competition authority. She has been involved in a wide range of competition matters including cartel damages litigation, merger control and abuse of dominance for clients from various industries (among others financial services, media, grocery wholesale, live entertainment, manufacturing, online trading platforms, and telecommunication). Her experience covers a variety of jurisdictions including cases before the European Commission, as well as before national competition authorities in Austria, Germany, and the UK.

In recent years, Agata has worked on the quantification of damages in private litigation cases for high-profile proceedings related to the European truck cartel or German Sugar cartel. She has also worked in high-profile mergers like Discovery/WarnerMedia or Aon/Willis Towers Watson.

Agata studied at the Ludwig-Maximilians University of Munich (Germany) where she obtained a M.Sc. in Economics (Diplom Volkswirtin). She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in EC competition law from King’s College London. Agata is fluent in English, German and Polish.
