Dr. Wei Tan, Leading Chinese Competition Expert, Joins Compass Lexecon

Compass Lexecon is pleased to announce that Dr. Wei Tan, an expert in Chinese competition matters, has joined the firm and will work in our Washington, DC office, as well as from Beijing. Dr. Tan has prepared expert reports on behalf of, and presented his research to, several Chinese antitrust enforcement agencies in various industries. He has led economic analyses and assisted in the preparation of expert reports and testimony in Chinese Court.

Dr. Tan was previously the Chair of the Economics Department at Hanqing Advanced Institute of Economics and Finance at Renmin University of China. His areas of expertise include industrial organization and applied econometrics.
