Compass Lexecon is pleased to announce its expansion into Germany, the largest economy in the European Union, with the opening of its Düsseldorf office. Compass Lexecon now has 17 offices worldwide with five in Europe, including London, Madrid, Paris, and Brussels. The new Düsseldorf office will be led by Senior Vice President Thilo Klein.

Jorge Padilla, Senior Managing Director, Compass Lexecon Europe commented: "Thilo will lead an accomplished team of German speaking economists to assist our clients with cases before the German competition and regulatory authorities and the European Commission. The team will have the full support of the rest of Compass Lexecon worldwide in their efforts to deliver intellectually rigorous economic analyses for our clients in Germany and beyond."

Thilo Klein said: "The demand for competition economics advice from German clients has picked up substantially in recent years, especially in the area of cartel damages, but also in merger control. Opening an office in Germany is a logical step for Compass Lexecon."

A new version of Compass Lexecon is available.
