Plaintiffs filed a series of cases under both the securities laws and ERISA challenging various financial disclosures by Baxter. Compass Lexecon experts Daniel R. Fischel and Michael Keable have acted as experts for defendants in these cases in the areas of materiality, causation, and damages. All of the cases except one have now either been dismissed or resolved in favor of our clients at the summary judgment stage.
