Advised S Ryhmä on Acquisition of Stockmann Oyj Food Retail Business

In December 2017, the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (FCCA) approved the acquisition by S Ryhmä (S Group) of the food retail business line Herkku from Stockmann Oyj (Stockmann Delicatessen), subject to conditions. Stockmann Delicatessen sells groceries in six department stores in Finland.
