Compass Lexecon experts advised Bank of Ireland in relation to the State aid received during the financial crisis of 2007-2008.
We helped the bank to prepare a Restructuring Plan that it was required to submit to the European Commission. In addition, we advised the bank on the implementation of potential behavioral and structural remedies. The European Commission approved the restructuring plan in July 2010.
