Robin Stahl is a Vice President with Compass Lexecon based in Chicago. She specializes in valuation, mergers and acquisitions, damages calculations, securities litigation, and financial statement analysis. She has extensive experience in appraisal analyses, analyses of material adverse change and solvency issues, valuations of targets, assessments of merger terms and conditions, fraudulent conveyance actions, corporate veil piercing, and successor liability cases covering a broad range of industries, including media, technology, healthcare, financial services, insurance, retail, auto, trucking, utilities, and chemicals. Prior to joining Compass Lexecon, she was a Senior Consultant at Chicago Partners LLC, and has also worked as an Executive Director for the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Chicago Foundation and as a Research Associate at Lexecon. Stahl holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. from Knox College.
