James R. Libby

James Libby is a Senior Director of Research with Compass Lexecon based in Chicago. Mr. Libby brings several years of experience working on financial economic engagements to lead a team of more than 40 analysts and senior analysts and manage the portfolio of data resources utilized by the Compass Lexecon staff. His staff conducts a wide array of analysis for client projects ranging from regulatory filing review and market price assessment to statistical analysis and econometric modeling. Analyst staff data work is routinely used in a variety of applications, including damages calculations, expert reports, trial exhibits, as well as in preparation for expert testimony. He received a B.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Dubuque.
