Christian Müller

Christian Müller is an Economist at Compass Lexecon, based in Madrid

Christian applies economic analysis and econometric techniques to competition cases, including merger control, antitrust investigations, damages claims and intellectual property disputes. He has worked across a range of industries, including telecommunications, technology, retail and broadcast media.

Christian has advised on several merger, market investigations and abuse of dominance cases before the European Commission, the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) and other national competition authorities. He has provided economic support in litigation before the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) and in a follow-on damages claim before the Spanish courts. He also has experience designing fair and efficient tariffs for the remuneration of intellectual property rights in Spain.

Christian holds an MSc in Economics from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
