Alan Rozenberg is a Vice President in Compass Lexecon’s Madrid office. He works on international arbitration matters, where he performs economic and financial analysis in the context of international treaty and contractual disputes.

Mr. Rozenberg has contributed to the production of expert reports and presentations and to the preparation of expert witnesses for hearings. He has participated in more than 25 international arbitration cases in different venues including ICSID, ICC, SCC, ECT, and English Arbitration Act. His experience includes private and public entities, and the valuation of privately held businesses and damages assessments covering various industries, including oil and gas production; electricity generation and distribution; gas transport; hospitality; gaming; airports; with investments located in countries including Bulgaria, Croatia, Dominican Republic, Egypt, Guatemala, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Poland, Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, and Ukraine.

Mr. Rozenberg holds a Masters in Finance from Universidad del CEMA, a B.A. in Economics from Universidad Nacional de Cuyo, and has successfully completed Level I of the CFA examination. Prior to joining Compass Lexecon, he worked as an analyst in the International Arbitration group at LECG. He previously worked at Ernst & Young, where he served for three years as a senior transfer pricing analyst specializing in intercompany transactions, and international tax planning and compliance.
