Aaran Amin

Aaran is an Economist at Compass Lexecon, based in London

Aaran’s work focuses on the application of economics to competition cases and intellectual property cases. His experience covers a range of industries, including telecommunications, consumer goods, and transportation.

Aaran has worked on merger cases before the European Commission, UK Competition and Markets Authority, and national competition authorities in Australia, Colombia, Peru, and South Africa. He has experience in the valuation of Standard Essential Patents (SEPs) portfolios and performing economic analysis in the context of litigation and antitrust investigations.

Aaran holds an MPhil in Economics and a BA in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
