Dennis Carlton Awarded Robert F. Lanzilotti Prize

Dennis Carlton was awarded the inaugural Robert F. Lanzilotti Prize, awarded by the International Industrial Organization Society for Best Paper in Antitrust Economics in 2008. Carlton's paper was entitled "Why Tie An Essential Good?" (co-authored with J. Gans and M. Waldman). Carlton spoke at the ABA recent symposium on remedies at the University of Virginia and also spoke at the OECD in Paris on the antitrust economics of bundling and price discounts.
