Advised Alkern in Cleared Acquisition of Group Duroux

In September 2014, the French Competition Authority ("FCA") approved the acquisition of Groupe Duroux by Alkern. Both parties are manufacturers of concrete products. Compass Lexecon provided assistance to Alkern. We provided a market definition and unilateral effects analysis. The team included David Sevy, Frederic Palomino, Guillaume Duquesne, Anastasia Tseomashko and Jaime Coronado.
