Thomas Stemwedel is an Executive Vice President at Compass Lexecon. Mr. Stemwedel has over 20 years economic consulting experience in antitrust and competition economics, applied econometrics, class certification and damages. He has performed analyses in a variety of major mergers, private antitrust litigations, and regulatory proceedings and has provided testimony in connection with major antitrust litigation cases. He has advised clients on cases before the Federal Communications Commission, U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, the Federal Maritime Commission, U.S. District Courts, the American Arbitration Association, U.S. state Superior Courts, and state public utility commissions. His experience covers a wide range of industries including financial exchanges, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, health care, transportation, manufacturing and consumer products.

Mr. Stemwedel has an M.A. in Public Policy from the University of Chicago.
