Robin Rander is a Vice President at Compass Lexecon based in Copenhagen.

He has over 10 years' experience as a professional economist. He has held roles in economic consulting and several authorities and regulators, including the European Commission.

Robin has worked on a range of different types of cases, including abuse of dominance cases, cases concerning anti-competitive agreements, mergers, and market investigations by both competition authorities and sectoral regulators. His experience covers a range of industries, including financial services, basic industries, and consumer goods, across various jurisdictions, including at the European level, the national level in European countries, and South Africa.

Before joining Compass Lexecon, Robin worked for several competition authorities and sectoral regulators. These include the European Commission, the UK Competition Commission, the Swedish Competition Authority, and the UK Payment Systems Regulator.

Robin holds a Post-graduate Diploma in EC Competition Law from King's College, London, a PhD in economics from Lund University, Sweden, and an MSc in Engineering Physics from Lund Institute of Technology, Sweden.
