Rob is an Economist at Compass Lexecon, based in London.

Rob has expertise working in merger analysis. He has provided economic advice and analysis on non-horizontal merger control cases before the European Commission and the Competition and Markets Authority in the technology and retail market research industries.

Prior to joining Compass Lexecon, Rob worked at Deloitte Access Economics in Australia as an Economic Consultant focused on public policy advice and business case development, specialising in cost-benefit analysis, economic impact and regulatory impact assessments. He has also worked as a Principal Policy Advisor in the Victorian Government.

Rob has a Masters of Economics (Public Policy) from Barcelona School of Economics, and an Economics degree (Honours) from Monash University.
