Rob Foley is a Senior Economist with Compass Lexecon based in Los Angeles. Mr. Foley is a member of the Antitrust & Competition Practice and is focused on conducting economic analyses on behalf of clients on a wide range of matters involving litigation and regulatory investigations. Mr. Foley specializes in complex data analysis, damages estimations, and litigation support to support class action cases and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Foley has contributed to cases across a variety of industries including telecommunications, entertainment & media, technology & digital platforms, energy, healthcare, construction materials, mining, and retail.
Prior to joining Compass Lexecon, Mr. Foley was a Senior Policy Analyst for the Australian Department of the Treasury. He received a BCom (Honors) from the University of Otago, New Zealand.
