Maya Meidan

Maya Meidan is a Senior Vice President with Compass Lexecon based in Oakland. Her areas of expertise include industrial organization and applied econometrics. She has performed extensive empirical analyses related to class action, price fixing, damages and mergers in a variety of industries including consumer products, construction, airlines and telecommunications. She also co-authored a paper on spectrum auctions which was filed with the FCC and published in peer-reviewed journals.
Prior to joining Compass Lexecon, she completed a post-doctorate at Microsoft Research Labs. Maya has a Ph.D. in Economics from Stanford University, an M.A. in Economics and a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
