Emmett Dacey is an Executive Vice President at Compass Lexecon with over fifteen years of experience in a wide variety of economic consulting matters. Mr. Dacey holds an M.A. in Economics from the University of California Santa Barbara and a B.S. in Applied Economics from the University of Minnesota. Mr. Dacey has extensive experience in supporting expert witness testimony and in managing large-scale, time-sensitive projects, including expert reports, deposition testimony, regulatory filings, and conducting complex data analysis utilizing large datasets. He has co-authored economic submissions to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, the U.S. Department of Justice, and the European Commission. Mr. Dacey has worked on cases involving economic issues such as class certification, market definition, conspiracy, monopolization, exclusive dealing and damages. Mr. Dacey has consulted for clients in a wide range of industries, including real estate, healthcare, manufacturing, entertainment, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, broadband, mobile devices, online search, e-commerce, online advertising, semiconductors, food products, and cable and satellite television.
