Emmett Dacey is a Senior Vice President at Compass Lexecon with fifteen years of experience in a wide variety of economic consulting matters. Mr. Dacey holds an M.A. in Economics from the University of California Santa Barbara and a B.S. in Applied Economics from the University of Minnesota. Mr. Dacey has extensive experience in supporting expert witness testimony and in managing large-scale, time-sensitive projects, including conducting complex data analysis using software such as SAS and STATA. He has also co-authored testimony submitted to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. Mr. Dacey has worked on cases involving economic issues such as class certification, market definition, conspiracy, monopolization, exclusive dealing and damages.
