Andrea is an Economist at Compass Lexecon, based in Madrid.
Andrea’s work focuses on the application of empirical and econometric techniques to competition policy cases. She has assisted clients on competition matters including follow-on damage claims (in relation to the pan-European trucks manufacturers damage litigation).
Prior to joining Compass Lexecon, Andrea worked as a research assistant in the Spending Review department at the Autoridad Independiente de Responsabiliad Fiscal (AIReF) and as an intern in the Impact Evaluation Department at ICEX.
Andrea is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English. She received her MSc in Industrial Economics and Markets from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, where she specialised in industrial organisation, and her BA in Economics from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, specialising in economic analysis.
